Uygar leads the delivery side of Decarby, overseeing system design, installation, safety and onsite quality. With a wealth of hands-on experience across residential and commercial solar projects in NSW and the ACT over seven years, he brings deep technical know-how and a sharp eye for detail. Clients value his practical mindset, calm professionalism, and the pride he takes in getting every install done to customer’s satisfaction.

With a background in law, business operations, and client strategy, Nana brings a rare mix of structure and customer-oriented approach to the solar and sustainability space in Canberra. She’s spent years helping consulting engineers and sustainability teams turn ideas into action  and now helps Decarby grow with integrity, clarity, and heart. From first conversation to final install, Nana brings calm focus and clear direction, ensuring the solar journey smooth and satisfying for every customer.

Ceren drives our marketing efforts with a strong focus on creativity, strategy, and brand consistency. She manages digital marketing, website content, branding, and all aspects of design coordination. With a Master of Design and a sharp eye for detail, she brings a strong creative foundation to every project. Her deep understanding of visual communication and branding plays a key role in how we present ourselves across all platforms. From campaigns to content to design, Ceren ensures everything we share is cohesive, impactful, and aligned with our identity.

Navin supports our installation team with a steady hand and a focus on practical and tech-driven solutions. Known for his gentle nature and thoughtful approach, he brings a reliability to every project. Always looking to expand his knowledge and skills, Navin adds real value both on the tools and behind the scenes, helping us deliver seamless, well-executed installs for every customer.

Akira supports our marketing efforts with a strong focus on SEO and content optimisation.
