With multiple industry awards behind him, he doesn’t just understand energy systems holistically; he sees the opportunities others overlook. He’s strategic, meticulous, and deeply invested in doing things right. At Decarby, Bilal sets the standard for quality and delivery, helping shape projects that are not only technically sound but built to last.
Uygar leads the delivery side of Decarby, overseeing system design, installation, safety and onsite quality. With a wealth of hands-on experience across residential and commercial solar projects in NSW and the ACT over seven years, he brings deep technical know-how and a sharp eye for detail. Clients value his practical mindset, calm professionalism, and the pride he takes in getting every install done to customer’s satisfaction.
With a background in law, business operations, and client strategy, Nana brings a rare mix of structure and customer-oriented approach to the solar and sustainability space in Canberra. She’s spent years helping consulting engineers and sustainability teams turn ideas into action and now helps Decarby grow with integrity, clarity, and heart. From first conversation to final install, Nana brings calm focus and clear direction, ensuring the solar journey smooth and satisfying for every customer.
Navin supports our installation team with a steady hand and a focus on practical and tech-driven solutions. Known for his gentle nature and thoughtful approach, he brings a reliability to every project. Always looking to expand his knowledge and skills, Navin adds real value both on the tools and behind the scenes, helping us deliver seamless, well-executed installs for every customer.

Akira supports our marketing efforts with a strong focus on SEO and content optimisation. Starting as an intern, she quickly gained hands-on experience in blog writing and website management, contributing to improved online visibility. She applies practical, experience-based SEO insights to create effective and engaging digital content.
Kassi is an electrical engineer with a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy from the Australian National University. She combines strong technical knowledge with a passion for customer relationships, project coordination, sales, and technical support.
Jayden is a full-time SAA-accredited electrician. He specialises in battery and inverter installations, delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable outcomes for every project.
Mo is a fourth-year electrical apprentice and a trusted member of the team. Known for his strong focus on safety and first aid, he consistently approaches every task with reliability, dedication, and a positive attitude.
Justin is a second-year electrical apprentice with a strong technical mindset and a keen eye for compliance. He is passionate about delivering work that meets the highest industry standards while continually expanding his knowledge and skills.
Louis is a first-year electrical apprentice and one of our most versatile team members. Eager to learn and develop, he brings enthusiasm and commitment to every project while building his expertise in the industry.
Raghav is our Logistics Officer, responsible for managing stock, procurement, and delivery coordination. His organised approach helps ensure projects run smoothly and materials are available when and where they are needed.
