Advanced N-Type i-TOPCon Ultra Cell Technology:
The module uses Trina Solar’s advanced N-type i-TOPCon Ultra cell technology, designed to reduce contact resistance, enhance rear reflection, and improve edge quality for higher efficiency and stronger long-term energy yield.
Ultra-High Power Output (625–650W):
Designed for commercial and utility-scale applications, the module delivers a rated power output range of 625W to 650W, with module efficiency reaching up to 24.1% to maximise energy generation and system value.
Bifacial Dual-Glass Design:
The module features a bifacial dual-glass structure with power bifaciality of 80% ±5%, allowing additional rear-side energy gain depending on site conditions and albedo. Trina states rear-side gain can reach around 10% to 20% depending on installation conditions.
Excellent Temperature Performance (-0.29%/°C):
A temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C helps maintain more stable power output in high operating temperatures, supporting strong performance in hot climates.
Enhanced Low-Light Performance:
The module is designed for excellent low-irradiation performance and is described in the datasheet as validated by a third party, helping improve generation during cloudy weather and lower-light periods.
High Reliability and Mechanical Strength:
The panel uses non-destructive cutting technology and high-density packaging to minimise micro-cracks and reduce hot-spot risk. It is also certified for harsh environments including resistance to salt, ammonia, sand, PID, LID, and LeTID.
1500V System Compatibility:
The module supports 1500V DC system designs under both IEC and UL listings, with a 35A max series fuse rating, supporting efficient large-scale system design.
Long-Term Warranty Protection:
The module is backed by a 12-year product warranty and 30-year power warranty, with 1% first-year degradation and 0.4% annual power attenuation thereafter.
